I arrived at my appointment and received a warm greeting. Mike Lawson was ready for my and had the paperwork prepared. As expected, the repairs required an overnight stay and I was provided with a beautiful loaner car which I had to keep over the weekend.The repair costs for the A/C unit were quoted and I agreed to proceed. Parts had to be ordered so I kept the loaner ( a 2023 E350 ) over the weekend. Repairs were completed on Monday afternoon and I drove off in my car very pleased with the repairs and service. On a down note on my way home I discovered the hood was not latched - the alarm went off, and upon arriving home I found a bolt on the floor next to the accelerator. Since everything seems to be in place I presume this was not an issue.
