This was the first Mercedes-Benz we have purchased. Wonderful experience! Our salesman (Doug Aponick) was excellent. He was very knowledgable on the vehicle, was able to answer all of our questions, and best of all - never made us feel pressured.

I was in for a fuel pump recall. The recall notice said ii could take up to seven hours to finish. There is no way I can set aside seven hours. I asked about a car rental. I was given a loner. I received a notification that my car was ready approximately four hours later and returned to find my car washed. Great service Jeremy Manchester and techs are the BEST!
