Everything went smoothly and I would recommend your dealership to anyone that is interested in a Mercedes.When the car was delivered it looked great. Yesterday the 20th of December I opened up the hood to look at the engine and was very disappointed. It was full of leaves and looks as though the engine bay had never been cleaned. It took me an hour to clean it out and detail it myself. I thought the car looked good, but my wife could tell it had not been detailed. My son had worked in the car business first as a detailer then as a service writer, so we knew what to look for.
