Always a pleasure to be greeted by Pat Ford. This routine service of my AMG C63 cabriolet was done in a timely manner which was greatly appreciated as I had opted to wait for the car instead of taking a loaner.

every time i take the vehicle in i have service to check the wipers. there obviously is a design flaw on the wipers on gle350s. the wipers will not clear the windshield of rain even with a moderate downfall. service always notes that they operate as designed. this is going to cause a wreck and mb will be responsible for the outcome. guess i need to report to the ntsb.

except for costs, i was completely satisfied.

My Sales Consultant was Michele Goff. She was wonderful. My husband passed away and I had never purchased a car without him. She did everything thing for me including coming to my house to pair my car with the garage door on her day off.Pat Ford was also a life saver when I had to get new tires because I had to make a trip home to Virginia.
