I got four notifications from the Mercedes-Benz app that my battery was low and needed to start. I called the service dept and spoke to Joey. He said to bring the car in. The visit didn’t take long, considering it was Monday. Joey was professional and courteous. What relief to change the battery,Happy with prompt service at this dealership.
