Late afternoon on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, we called Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Pierce because the tire pressure on our E400 was steadily decreasing. We were obviously losing tire pressure at a fast rate on the Florida Turnpike. We called the dealership to explain the situation and informed Patrick Ford we were in need of a tire. Mr. Ford was beyond accommodating this late in the day. All in all, the tire was replaced in a little less than one hour. We were able to continue our roadtrip to South Florida. Mr. Ford and the entire Ft. Pierce team was amazing. The staff member who refilled the snacks in the waiting room even thanked all the customers in the seating area for their business. I highly recommend this business. The customer service experience was second to none. The time it took to change the tire was beyond my expectation.
