fast, professional service for recall

I just bought a brand new Mercedes but needed help with setting up the tire monitor and the brakes sounded off. Everyone took great care of me and I left feeling more confident!

Picked up car on time, did required service and retuned it as promised.

Mr Ford was excellent. Only concern was ok'd authorization for $423.00 and the bill was almost $500. Not sure of the misc fee added.

Called by advisor Jeremy on a Monday for a service for my C43 and was able to get an appointment on Friday. Unfortunately I was not able to wait so he provided me with a loaner car. My car was ready and washed when I picked it up at 3 pm.

joey mendoza did a great job with finding a problem with my car and fixing it. he graciously gave me a lender vehicle to use while the work was being done.

i can always count on jeremy...as a widow who luckily owns a mercedes, if i need help with anything mechanical, jeremy is my "go to" guy. he takes the time to thoroughly explain what might have to happen, makes sure i have wheels if repair time might be extensive and gets me on the schedule quickly. he is professional, empathetic and kind. great guy!
