vip loaner car service was excellent, with professional driver and good communication. i reserved service visit online, but the service advisor said he couldn't see online comments. not good communications.also, i was quoted a price for four tires to include mounting, balance and alignment. my invoice shows an entry line f of $129.95 for alignment.
