Everything was fine but when we got home and we shut the car off and let it cool down and turn it back on the muffler had like a rattling noise my husband Ruben called and told. He is a technician at Toyota and he was told that you guys were gonna pay for the repair and nothing has not been done yet.

My service with advisor Joey Mendoza is always excellent. My brand new car GLC 300 2023 unfortunately I am having major problems with the car which has major software problems since I leased it and 4 months ago. So I have a case number but Ft Pierce Mercedes is dealing with it the best they can. This is one of the best dealerships I have dealt with . The sales, the GM and Service are the best but after having quite a few Mercedes Benz this new 2023 has not worked correctly since I bought it. It’s very stressful and difficult but we are working on a solution.
