had a flat and patrick told me that if i get air in the tire i can make it to the mercedes place and they would take care of it. and i did and he took care of it for me

i went in for battery change and annual service. a few more things were found that needed to be done after inspection. i was offered a loaner, since it would be awhile. a seasonal special/discount was applied for me, even though i didn't know about them in advance, which made it more reasonable. i like having service by dealer when possible, to make sure my car stays in working order. although more than other places, i would come back again. kyle helped me and he explained everything and answered all my questions to keep me informed and reassured. my car was also washed and driver seat vacuumed. thank you to everyone who worked on my car.
