Kyle had to deal with my third party fleet management company to get a $14K repair done. It took nearly 2 weeks to get the approval and the work completed.

everything was seamless and smooth, from valet pickup of my car to the process of what was needed, to the valet back. my first call to setup the visit wasn't handled great -- and we were disconnected when we had it almost completed. upon call back, i was connected to a different service provider, jeremy manchester, who set everything up, and made sure my car would be returned in time for a trip we were taking.

I found Kyle to be the most responsive Service Adviser. He listened and made a notes and responded to every issue to make sure we wouldn't have to come back for additional work. We live over 70 miles away and he understood to make certain that we would be pleased. Kyle will be my next Service Adviser going forward!

pat ford was very understanding and helpful and very knowledgeable of the electric car features. he did not make us wait a. wwent out of his way to find the part that needed to be replaced and called us back when the part arrived. it took a few minutes to replace the new part and we were out of there quick.
