I had a great experience

Just learned I have cancer day before service. Advisor found E350 on lot dropped off night before. After listening to me, he made my repair a shop priority, allowing my car to be brought in garage quickly, and after a quick diagnosis and repair, I was phoned to pick up vehicle, which is essential to me as I face my third bout of Cancer in 5 years. The advisor also advised me of some needed repairs to keep our 2013 E350 running and looking like a new car. With 107,000 miles, that info was important to me. The advisor did not push the over $7000.00 worth of repairs needed, after the minor issue I had was resolved. Because the advisor pushed my repair through quickly, did not pressure me for further repairs on that day, coupled with his devotion to customer service, I have decided to have the expensive repairs completed after my Cancer surgery and convalescence. Thank you Mike, and thank you Coggin. This is my 4 th Mercedes from Coggin, and I just love my car, it’s a timeless beauty that I keep looking almost new.
