quick in and out. joey is always a pleasure to work with. my car is an older model and i live on a long bumpy dirt road. this seems to put more wear and tear on the car causes an increase for needed repairs. the team provided me with 3 levels of needed repairs from immediate to needs to be repaired soon. they also provided photos via text which was very helpful to understand what was needed and the severity. very transparent and although i know i'm paying more it was worth it. the loaner was provided so it is always no problem for me to proceed with my day. this is another added bonus and i am grateful to be a recipient of that service also.

5 michelle was fantastic! i hate car shopping because men make me feel inferior and it's terrible. michelle understood that and made me feel like a friend from the very start. she quoted me on many vehicles. i was interested in and ultimately steered me to a vehicle that i cannot express how much i love. i have already told family and friends about her service, and hope that i cannot only become a continual buyer from her but a friend. she is a remarkable asset to the fort pierce mercedes team.
