while it took a long time, mike lawson periodically let me know what the technician was doing at that time. he went over the recommendations and this allowed me to choose what to do now and what i could postpone.i arrived while mike was out to lunch and other service advisors got the ball rolling so i would not have to wait for mike to return from lunch.

The wait time was a little longer than expected but the technician was excellent.

joey was amazing he always gets me right. had a light on went in and he took care of me all under warranty. got me in a brand new rental for the time being. and was just overall helpful. there was also another lady who helped me who was amazing. she also saved me some money. appreciate you guys.

We purchased our first Mercedes convertible from Dawn Walker in Fort Pierce, Florida. She is so professional and knowledgeable. We let Dawn know we were interested in upgrading and she called us when the right car was available. Again, she was professional and was excellent at giving us a lesson of how everything works.
