We purchased two new Mercedes (E450 ATV & E350 Sedan). Our sales professional, Michelle Goff, made the experience very enjoyable.However, the MUBX system on both cars is underwhelming. The use of Favorites for our Sirius subscriptions does not work. This makes for a frustrating and possibly unsafe driving experience.

Called with emergency at Mercedes Benz of Ft. Pierce at 7:30 a.m. and spoke with Joey in service; quick, prompt service. No appointment necessary as they took me in immediately for a battery warning light and replaced battery. A+ service and dealership.
