although this is our first visit to mercedes benz of fort pierce, my service contact kyle dermody treated my wife and i like family. he was friendly, courteous, and professional. i give him our highest recommendation.

to make a long story short, my husband, darryl de boisblanc bought our second mercedes the very next day. had the level of service mike provided gone another way (it could've easily), i doubt we would have a second mercedes in our driveway. mike had the foresight to see that the maintenance issue stemmed, in part, from a previous repair. i was originally told there would be a diagnostic fee of approx $135. when darryl picked up the car, mike already had the few waived. it was a strong statement that mb backs their cars and service.
