we were here visiting from indianapolis indiana when my mercedes gl450 speed sensors stopped working, had towed to your dealership and explained to service manager that we had planned to leave for home by the weekend. they were compassionate about our situation and said they would get it worked in as soon as possible. 24 hours later they called and had the repairs completed!! awesome people, awesome dealership!!! thank you for saving our visit! thanks again, jim gates and family
