jeremy in my eyes is an excellent service person i've been with him ever since i bought my c250 benz new, then five years after l purchase the 2016 c300 in the year 2016. jeremy in my opinión is very caring and profesional with his customer, my self included. i can truly say i exprience, the value of jeremy not being here for the great customer service relationship i am use to. saying i truly missed his service when he went on vacation my was broken while he was on vacation. i choose to waite for his returnef back to work from his vacation. my car is fix and i am please. i referred someone else to him as well. they are please. thank you mercedes benz, for jeremy manchester been my service person. i give a 10.
