customer service was fine. disappointed in how long it took the warranty company to respond. it is mercedes preferred vendor, yet it was extremely slow in response. it took an adjuster 3 times to get it right.

battery in my ml350 was dead called mercedes of fort pierce they came out with in the hour cave me a jump and i was good to go nothing like having good car and great dealer
