kyle was an excellent liaison from start to finish. he kept us up to date and informed every step of the way. our vehicle was dropped off for routine service b and had some additional items. he explained the process and when our vehicle required additional repairs he was honest and truthful. he provided updates regularly and was very accurate on his assessments and back to service eta. the service was performed and the vehicle is back on the road running like brand new. that's to the entire service team that returned the vehicle quickly and efficiently. we will be happy to share our experience with our friends and the public about how well mb of port st. lucie service department performed.
