Had to go for service due to a recall. Waited for the car. Mike L and others at the service area were welcoming and professional. Waiting area was comfortable. Delivered car earlier than expected and liked the idea they washed the car upon pickup.

Michelle Goff is wonderful to work with this is the second car I have purchased from her. She was professional and direct and persistent to get what I needed and what I was looking for. Only issues I have with Mercedes is that when you’re dealing with the price and the payment on a lease. They don’t the maintenance services on the vehicle or discuss them with you until you get in to sign your paperwork. I have Least from Volkswagen before actually four times and when they discuss the price and payment of the vehicle, it is all inclusive. I really liked receiving all that info upfront.

Professional and courteous

Our service rep was awesome to deal with. I had a meeting with the new manager Carlos and told him our frustrations with prior service appointments, that the first people we met were the porters and they were not the face you wanted a customer with, additionally a service that was performed prior to us purchasing the certified Mercedes was not completed. After seeing the changes he has already implemented he earned our business back.
