kyle was positive, explained issues and made me feel your dealership cared, for the first time since i started the process of buying this car. had i not wanted what i had already owned, and heard from a friend (mr. linwood childress), i would never have bought my car there. everyone from 2 different salespersons and the dealership manager, were so blaze' and bored with what they were doing and my first experience w service was so unsatisfactory, i was trying you one more time before just giving up and going to stuart or wpb. oh, the polite woman that answers the service phone, she makes a difference also. you should talk to them and try to imulate their ability to make you appear to care even a little about your customers! never mind the rest of your rating

everything was fine, especially getting appointment so quickly. my only complaint is that driver seat memory settings were all changed.
