my mom experience with joey my service advisor was amazing. he is very knowledgeable and very helpful and very professional. i've had bad experiences with other dealerships in the past. i highly recommend mercedes of fort pierce for all your service needs.

got battery changed quickly and serves very professional

i brought my car in because the gas cap would not open. a part needed to be ordered so a loaner car was given to me. the loaner was extremely dirty and i was embarrassed to drive my mom around in it. this is the second loaner car that was not checked prior to lending. the first car smelled like smoke. other than this, service was good.
