Pierce. If I had done that I would would be exhausted.Barry was up beat, courteous, and took his time going through the lease paperwork and providing us all of the vehicle operating information for the SUV.We have three separate garage doors, one door # 3 we have had problems programming it in the past..As luck would have it, we ran into that issue again and Barry took his time working methodically, spent approximately 2 hours diligently working on all three doors and was successful.He remembered from our last car delivery, the 2021 C300 CAB was unable to link with the 3rd garage door. I told Barry I had problems with the door at times and that we do not keep the cars in that garage. We do not need to use that door everyday especially for the car sync.He remembered from his last delivery of the CAB that it did not sync to the 3rd door. He spent the time successfully and got that door to sync. We were so grateful to have three cars and three garage doors to sync.Now you know why we do business with Mercedes Benz of Ft.
