i had a decent experience for my a service with scott. the only thing that annoys me is that there seems to be no transportation provided for the customer if they would like to return home.

jeremy was wonderful to work with. the price for the work was competitive, and a few previously unnoticed issues were exposed and repaired in the process. i appreciate the loaner vehicle...a value not offered elsewhere and a deal maker when considering such a lengthy repair. i also appreciate the fixed price given in advance. other shops all added a disclaimer stating the price was tentative and could go up as the job progressed. thanks for a stress-free experience. we'll be back!
