fantastic people fantastic people

had an appointment for a3 service on my cls550. arrive and they told me it will be about 2 hours. my car was ready in 2 hours. no problem

i had a decent experience for my a service with scott. the only thing that annoys me is that there seems to be no transportation provided for the customer if they would like to return home.

everything completed with excellent service.

They took care of my issue

vip service...as always!

jeremy was wonderful to work with. the price for the work was competitive, and a few previously unnoticed issues were exposed and repaired in the process. i appreciate the loaner vehicle...a value not offered elsewhere and a deal maker when considering such a lengthy repair. i also appreciate the fixed price given in advance. other shops all added a disclaimer stating the price was tentative and could go up as the job progressed. thanks for a stress-free experience. we'll be back!

great

you picked up my car and delivered it on time and service manager kept me updated

mike was responsive and had our issue resolved and a loaner car was given while repairs were made
