i was greeted promptly upon arriving with a smile and brought inside to the customer lounge, then mike came in and asked me about the reason i was there. i was there because of possible battery / electrical issues. i soon received a text with a link to follow the progress of my service. in an hour or so i got a call from scott saying my car was all set, and to go to the front office. to my surprise, there was no charge for any of the service performed which was replacing the starter battery and another electrical component, and my car was washed & vacuumed! definitely 5 star service!
