i wanted to find out what exactly was wrong with my c500 as i had 3 different diagnoses from 3 other storesi got scott nead assigned to work with me to get to the truth .he nailed it along with the mechanic chris who found exactly what was wrong and what was needed to fix it properly .i'm very happy with thier diagnostics and don't have to be guessing what and who happened to my car .feel like a weight has been lifted off me.
