I purchased my 2024 E350 AWE at another dealer. And 4 weeks later, I got into the car to drive to visit family in Miami, and a software glitch made my central monitor freeze and my air conditioning, and most of the other accessories in the car were not functioning. Called the dealer who I purchased the car from and on the first three calls, no one answered in the service department, and on the 4th call, the 'service scheduler' told me not only could they not give me an appointment until Monday (4 days from the day I called), but they would be unable to supply a loaner car. As an emergency department physician, who was working that night, their inability to help me was not an option to myself or my patients. When I called Coggins, I was told I could bring the car in immediately and would be given a loaner vehicle, if necessary. I was taken right into the service department, given a loaner and waited for a bit until it was determined the software download would take several hours. I then left driving a C300 loaner. Everyone was courteous, prompt and efficient.
