Purchased the car on-line and by phone talking with Dawn Walker who was excellent. She promptly answered all my questions and treated us fairly It was a very simple process.

was great but in the waiting room there was a woman. i didn't know if she worked there but she had phone earphones and a laptop on and she was on the phone and talking very loud, one guy told her shut up and she ignored him, moments later i told her to stop talking that it was rude and bothering everyone in there. then she said to someone on the phone, let me move to my office, and she kept talking loud but packed up and finally left. not saying a word to us. 4 men said bye to her as she left. but with attitude left.

my service advisor was great! the service was completed expeditiously and thoroughly! but the coffee was only like warm. cheers

A fantastic experience from the minute walked in . My vehicle is an older car and needed lots of work. Every employee that I encountered treated me wonderfully. The parts department is a pleasure to deal with. Tony( Manager) , Melissa, Max , Jeff, Leo couldn’t have been anymore knowledgeable and friendly. Caitlyn Made me feel like i was her only customer, communicating through every step of the process . The mechanic , Michael J (awesome mechanic) knew exactly what needed to be done, also, what could be put of for a while. I wasn’t pressured at all ! Due to the team effort and the efficiency at which they performed, my car was done at lightning speed. Again , this is an older vehicle and now runs just as it did when I drove it off the lot when it was new.Thank you all for your dedication and commitment to customer service.
