my service man, joey, couldn't have been nicer. service was good! very disappointed with my vehicle performance. i will not buy another one. i have spent around $7000 on it in the last 6 months and it only has 53500 miles on it. i have owned a lincoln, cadillac, 3 lexus and this is my first mercedes'. never had to spend money on the others. usually keep one 4-6 years.
