dan is the gentleman who sold me the car and i reached out to him for service. he put me in touch with service manager joey who was excellent. he arranged for my car to be picked up and i was given a loaner for the day. i received my car back that same day from the concierge service that was offered and is excellent. especially sam the driver who picked up my car and dropped it off. i am not sure if i am supposed tip him. i didn't and feel weird about that. if i am i will get him next time. thanks again to a great team of professionals. this is my first mercedes and certainly not my last
