even though i had an appointment with a loaner i was made to wait 1 hour while they sorted out whether my tire would be covered by insurance or not before putting me in a loaner. since i am immunocommpromised i didn't want to sit with unmasked people for any longer than necessary. if the insurance wasn't sorted out i would have paid for the tire just like the last one. however i was amazed at the change of behavior once mercedes confirmed the error in the system. then the service people were so accommodating.

made the appt. driver picked up my car in a timely fashion. svc a completed and mechanic made recommendations for 3 things to do soonest. got those taken care of and car was delivered back to me within 1 day. loaner car was helpful, new model , low mileage. all in all , good service. only negative is mercedes has expensive maintenance but have no choice if i want to keep car in top condition.
