Joey Mendoza was very personable informative and professional. Waited about 4 hours for service to be completed. A loaner would have been appreciated.

my car was serviced the moment i arrived at the dealership by mike (sa) and paul the team leader. i was on my way home in less than an hour. my expectations are that the parts replacements have resolved my issues with rattles and noises. so far: good.
