Service is always great! Very friendly and accommodating. However, I am so disappointed with the fact that I have had to buy new tires for my 2018 GLC 300 every 10,000 miles! This is ridiculous to me. We decided to purchase different tires somewhere else and see how that works out. My car is 6 years old and has 44,000 miles. This will be my 4th set of tires. 😳 I am planning to sell the car soon and because of the tire thing, I won’t buy a Mercedes again. Other than that, all is well.
