the experience was amazing. first class from top to bottom. brian continues to amaze me with his transparency, customer service , and commitment to excellence. this is my third car from him and i would not go anywhere else. michele, was very welcoming and even though we came right before closing she treated us like we were the first customers of the day.i give my experience a 10000.

mike, my service advisor, has really come through for me in desperate times. he makes a bad problem manageable by arranging pick ups, repairs, deliveries, advice and temporary transportation. these are crazy times and it's so nice to know i can rely on mike at mercedes.

it was great. pat is fantastic in service and made us feel right at home. also, justin in parts was very helpful and accommodating. excellent experience overall and we are very happy bringing our automobile there.
