1. black greasy hand prints left on hood.had to clean car whengot home.2. the plastic cover left on driver seat. plastic wrap left on steering wheel and paper floor mat left in car when the person delivered the car to us to pick up.

my experience with the service coordinator was great. pat was very friendly and professional. during inspection their were other things the car needed and it went great. the only thing was the time. it took a while.

appreciate your service team and manager resolving an oil leak issue caused by service at mn of north palm beach. the ft. pierce team comped the oil change to replace o leaking washer at the drain plug. much appreciated especially since mb of npb said they could not schedule before feb 8. i will be servicing my c300 and glc in ft. pierce going forward.
