the mechanic did a great job and my service liaison, jeremy, was very helpful in explaining what was needed to service my car, and why. i rate my experience a 9 out of 10 and thats only because nobody except bo dereck is a perfect 10!!! 🤣( hopefully you are all not so young as to not know what that last comment meant)

i had a really nice experience with everyone. joey was the gentleman who helped me in the office. i was the young lady with a 2006 c230. everyone was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. me and my father walked around the lot and viewed all of the cars that were there, and one man came up to us and chatted with us. he was very nice and he also offered us water which was very nice of him! the mechanic was lovely and he was nice and quick with finding out what was wrong with the car (as it was making an undesirable sound) and he did all of the normal maintenance for it which now it drives even smoother with new transmission fluids. i am very happy. :)

i was able to make my appointment at a convenient time. jeremy was welcoming and informed me well with what was going to be done on my car and the options i had. my car was completed in the time frame he gave me and i am happy with the job. i would go to jeremy again for future appointments.
