I took my vehicle into be serviced and was met by Shawn who assisted me right away. He later explained that a check engine light was on and they had to replace a part related to emissions that weren't correctly being read. The part had to be ordered and could take a day or two. I sighed and he immediately said not to worry we will provide you with a loaner and everything is covered under the warranty. I was relieved as I left the repair shop I stopped in the show room to browse the new models. I met Brandon and he showed me around and grabbed some keys to let me check out some C300's that I liked. He took the time to allow me to test drive a few and before I knew it I was ready to buy one, He assisted me with my Trade in information and after we negotiated a deal I sat down with Dave to complete the transfer and registration process. I had noticed a small ding in the vehicle I was purchasing and Brandon said no problem, he came to my home the following day with a loaner to pick up my new vehicle to take in to the body shop to fix it. Everything was smooth and hassle and haggle free.

We contacted Joey Mendoza, our service representative, regarding the installation of a trailer hitch to our 2013 ML350. He connected us to a parts representative regarding the hitch and required parts and provided a total figure to install. Although the job was more extensive than anticipated Joey communicated with us throughout and the job was completed as we hoped. Additional service needs were addressed in the process.
