Arrived early but was quickly and courteously served. Called within the 2 hour time frame to service the car, which was also washed and ready for pickup when I returned.

I took my vehicle into be serviced and was met by Shawn who assisted me right away. He later explained that a check engine light was on and they had to replace a part related to emissions that weren't correctly being read. The part had to be ordered and could take a day or two. I sighed and he immediately said not to worry we will provide you with a loaner and everything is covered under the warranty. I was relieved as I left the repair shop I stopped in the show room to browse the new models. I met Brandon and he showed me around and grabbed some keys to let me check out some C300's that I liked. He took the time to allow me to test drive a few and before I knew it I was ready to buy one, He assisted me with my Trade in information and after we negotiated a deal I sat down with Dave to complete the transfer and registration process. I had noticed a small ding in the vehicle I was purchasing and Brandon said no problem, he came to my home the following day with a loaner to pick up my new vehicle to take in to the body shop to fix it. Everything was smooth and hassle and haggle free.
