Pat Ford - service advisor, did a very good job working with me to resolve an alarm problem. I am very happy with the service department and the technician who worked this problem. I do/will recommend Mercedes Ft Pierce.

Process was well executed. The main issue, the recall, was repaired, the application of the “resistall” treatment on the exterior was perfect, unfortunately the interior treatment left the consul and control surfaces spotty and dull. A luster was restored after a brief buffing.

My service was excellent - Joey is a pleasure. However, the loaner car experience was POOR. The loaner was filthy with animal hair and what appeared to be strawberry ice cream. Especially in "COVID" time - I was not happy.

Mr. Joey Mendoza took care of me when I desperately needed a new tire at around 4PM last Tuesday. He made sure someone would be there past closing to finish replacing the tire and he stayed as well until it was done. A real gentleman.
