Process was well executed. The main issue, the recall, was repaired, the application of the “resistall” treatment on the exterior was perfect, unfortunately the interior treatment left the consul and control surfaces spotty and dull. A luster was restored after a brief buffing.

My wife lives the car. Doug is great

perfect as always

Very well done

My service was excellent - Joey is a pleasure. However, the loaner car experience was POOR. The loaner was filthy with animal hair and what appeared to be strawberry ice cream. Especially in "COVID" time - I was not happy.

Excellent service top to bottom from our sales associate, George Strachan; the manager Brian and financial associate, David. My husband has purchased four vehicles from George over the years! It has always been a pleasant experience with Fort Pierce Mercedes!

Always a pleasure Pat Ford goes beyond the call of duty on being efficient

Mr. Joey Mendoza took care of me when I desperately needed a new tire at around 4PM last Tuesday. He made sure someone would be there past closing to finish replacing the tire and he stayed as well until it was done. A real gentleman.

Outstanding experience; one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. Worth the 45 minute drive!

Excellent PAT FORD 5 STARS
