Our Mercedes Benz '14 GLK 250 was due an A5 service. We scheduled with Patrick, our favorite advisor, and he took care of everything. We even received a GLC300 loaner, which was nice, but no substitute for our favorite little diesel. We had some concerns about our headliner as it was beginning to sag near the windshield. As it turns out, the extended warranty many suggest are a waste, covered what is probably a very expensive repair. We have been using Coggin and Patrick for our service needs for years. No matter how many clients Patrick has, he always makes us feel like we're the only ones. We like that.
