the whole experience was a pleasure. I went to two other dealerships before going to Ft Pierce. Michelle my salesperson was a total pleasure. I am recommending to anyone thinking of buying a Benz to take the 2hr. drive to see her. The finance mgr was also very helpful. I bought my last Benz in Fort Lauderdale 2 yrs ago. The finance person (who is no longer there) added over $6000 in add ons. some of which I specifically stated I did not want. I was ill at the time and paid no attention to what I was signing. I was even charged for a new plate, even though I had another plate and gave her the tag # the next day. ($250 more). The finance mgr at Coggin was able to get some additional $$ back for me which the Ft Lauderdale dealership said was nonrefundable. I had a problem sending the survey from Mercedes, so I hope this survey will reach them.

It was an excellent experience. Test drove several cars. Brian Sattar and Andres Sierra were very helpful and accommodating to find what we were looking for. Took the time to show us how all the bells and whistles in the car operated. After purchasing car, we went back for a refresher course of the the instructions. Andres was very happy to show us again, and sincerely told us any time we had questions, he would help us.

This was my first experience with Fort Pierce Mercedes. Darren my Service Advisor was knowledgeable, helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Definitely returning
