Excellent from beginning to end!

Mike Lawson was as helpful as possible and treated me with respect and kindness. The gentlemen who picked up and delivered my S550 were timely and courteous. I assume the work carried out on the vehicle was good, although I haven't driven it since the service call. I appreciate the car wash and interior cleaning. It looks brand new!

Went well. But I have been in service department four times during the past year. Every time I have heard fellow customers complain about the aggressive agenda of the service writers and then refuse to do all the recommended work. I think it will take a while for me to build trust.

After many years, MB finally received the parts necessary to complete a recall for Takata airbags. We contacted our favorite Service executive, Patrick Ford, and he scheduled everything for us. We have been loyal MB of Fort Pierce users since Patrick arrived as he understands our needs, makes responsible recommendations and always leaves us feeling like he is genuinely concerned about our needs and requirements. BTW, the service took an hour and the facility is always clean, quiet and comfortable.
