Most of my problems were solved with the installation of a new battery. The discovery of a leaking valve cover gasket was a surprise and expensive remedy. I appreciate the attention given by Jeremy Manchester. I also feel that your service technicians are well trained and skilled. The use of a loaner car is always appreciated as I have no alternative form of transportation when my CLS550 is in for service.
