was told while car was in for service that it needed 2 front tires. I relented and said ok but I had just filled them with air and i did not see the wear they were speaking about. The valet pickup came without a loaner car that I expected since with every other service from XYZ auto service did come with a loaner. Car war not clean in the interior and trunk. Hand prints on arm rest and trunk not touched...full of debris. actual items were performed as listed.

The service that we received was outstanding. We came here from St. Charles, IL and always had outstanding service there. We were snowbirds in Boynton Beach, FL for a couple years and had given up on finding another outstanding Mercedes dealership. We were referred to Ft. Pierce Mercedes when we moved permanently to Port St. Lucie in September 2020. We will be customers for the next 20 years! They informed us of what needed to be done, along with pictures. Our son had already given us a preliminary idea and Ft. Pierce Mercedes was right in line with what he had said. They picked up the vehicle and delivered it back when it was completed. It was a very smooth transaction for which we were grateful. We will definitely be back for any additional service needs on our Mercedes 350ML SUV.
