1st, I can't say enough about my service advisor Joey, he went out of his way to do all of the little things that were important as well as the normal B1 Service. Injectors, plugs you name it he had it done in an Efficient Professional manner. He even hooked up my new phone to Bluetooth, as well as, wife's (300 Sedan). Go, Coggin. Excellent experience getting my car serviced. My service advisor Mike Lawson was outstanding. He was superb catering to all my abnormal idiosyncrasies. He magnificently answered all my inquires and furnished me with a loaner vehicle at a moments notice, and in addition, he took the time and effort to familiarize me with the nuances of the new Mercedes vehicle.
