Very responsive and most satisfying

Excellent attention to perform service to my automobile. The technician also noted additional problem which was brought to my attention by service advisor. I gave my permission to correct this issue, to prevent additional problem as well as my having to come back for a repair! Very happy with my experience!

Only comment to improve would be that I gave my 2 car keys for review as one was not working after a battery change locally. Y ou changed batteries again but apparently did not check keys as the one is still not opening or locking the car doors.

Michael D'Addesi was AWESOME. His ability to make us feel comfortable and welcomed was the most important variable to our purchase. He talked about his family which helped us connect and feel as though we were not being seen as a sale. It was not "salesy" at all. He has a job to do and occupying his time was not the intent, but he was so giving of his time that talking to him was a kin to talking to family. His approach was so successful not only did we buy my car but, we bought 2 more cars there that weekend (3 cars in total).
