Provided B service quickly and efficiently

Joey did a fine job, price matched another competitor and delivered on time

Nicest Mercedes dealership that I have ever worked with.

Excellent

Excellent service start to finish. Car clean and ready earlier than promised.

I was very satisfied with the service, the accommodations and snacks in the waiting room, the cleanliness of the bathroom and the overall friendliness of the staff I encountered.

Jeremy did a fine job. got me in and repaired quickly. Provided a loaner. thanks!

Melissa Leonard, the service technician, was amazing and the consummate professional; the work was done quickly and skillfully. We could not be happier with the service we are receiving from Coggin's.

All I can say it’s WOW! Dawn, your sales rep is a true professional. Her ability to listen and advise based on what she heard was like no other sales person I have ever encountered. The ease of the sales cycle was also very well done. I have purchased a Range Rover, Porsche , and Lexus in the last 24 months and none of them even came close to the customer experience they delivered at this dealer. I’m a true fan! Great job!
