Great communication with service advisor

Service was completed on time and I was kept up on progress. Have used this dealership for years and wouldn't go to any othrtbdealersp.

I had a flat tire on a Saturday evening ,contacted the service , had a tow truck at my house within hour and a half. Tow truck operator was pleasant and very efficient. Tire was damaged and I had to purchase a new tire. My Mercedes service agent took care of that and car was returned to me on Monday. Excellent service

Everyone did a great job from beginning to end. I truly appreciated the attentiveness of both my service advisor and mechanic. The inspected the vehicle thoroughly and brought any deficiencies to my attention. This allowed me to make any repairs at this time instead of having to schedule a later appointment. I will definitely recommend them to my friends
