My experience was excellent as always.

My service was recently preformed on a newly purchased preowned SL 550. Jeremy was my service advisor. He took the time in investigate all past services that were and were not preformed on the vehicle, then had the vehicle physically inspected in the shop. After he had all of his information, he contacted me with the services that needed to be done immediately, and came up with a plan for services in the near future. He treated me respect, and was not engaging in the hard sell that I have experienced at other dealers in the past. I am very happy with my service that was preformed, and will return for future services
