Dropped off my 2013 550SL for the update of the navigation. Was treated very well by Joey Mendoza in the service department, who gave me a loaner vehicle to go for lunch. Received a call from Joey about one hour later that the computer to do the update was not functioning properly and a new part was being sent from Germany, and I could call after January 3rd.to make another appointment to upgrade the system after the computer was fixed. Joey was very apologetic and courteous about the incident. I returned the courtesy car and plan to make another appointment after January 3.
